Can anyone add this to fafninter? i made it and wanted to see it up:D
I heard in a Platinium forum that it works, but I am not sure if in this game is the same
The Nowtoch Move Tutor doesn't show the moves that can be learned. I'm not sure if it's a bug or else if my computer isn't displaying it properly.
Crimbo- I mean Christmas is here and so is a new Mystery Gift. The pages and sprites should all be updated except for moves learned via breeding, which usually have so many alternatives that it's not worth mentioning, especially given that MGs aren't exactly widespread.
As usual, the Mystery Gifts and related data have been added to the Wiki, but 1.2.6 had other additions that warranted changes:
The Mystery Gift pages themselves are now using a modified template to act as an index for navigation. Now it can be edited to change all the pages at once rather than having to edit each page individually (Thanks to Techskylander's nav template addition to said pages so I knew what to use, and for the convenience they brought in the first place.)
The Official Patch Notes page has, like the Mystery Gifts, been broken down into yearly subsections for easier navigation and less clutter.
A section for the new Burole Town Shopping Plaza has been added to the Town's page, including a table for Friendship analysis. (Table was taken from Bulbapedia and may not be representative of the precise numerical values in the game.) (Also, I lack the means/knowledge to display the icons for the Pokemon that are for sale.)
In addition to Kevlar Town's shop's inventory being updated, pages for the various Mulch items have been added. And, after figuring out the differences in the nav templates, was able to not only clean up the code for various nav templates in use for other items, but create an ideal version of my own for the mulch. (I'm especially happy with the primary Earth-Brown and secondary Grass-Green coloring for it.)
The TMs and Rod made available in Legen Town have been added and already confirmed retrievable (With the obvious exception of TM 32) from Route 08 during the post-game.
And finally, aspects of the game addressed in the Patch Notes (and even some that weren't) were tested to confirm fixes such as Sticky Terrain, audio errors, etc. Issues that are no longer present have been removed/noted as problems with past versions of the game. And some screenshots were added for clarity on others (namely how to initiate surfing on land.)
I'm doing all the things to make chains, but I can't seem to make one longer than 2 or 3 if I can make one at all. I've never used the radar in this game, but I have in other main and fan games and they don't usually suck this bad. Did it break or is this one just really poorly designed?
I recently discovered that pressing the F8 key plays the level up sound, but it doesn't level up my pokemon. I feel like it has to do something so if anyone knows please tell me
Harylect, Sponaree, Firoke and barand just to name a few. Also harylect needs a better level up moveset but yes. Not mega evolutions. Just normal evolutions. A bit like dearewl but final evo
All pokemon games are always in pairs, so Uranium should have a counterpart, perhaps Pokemon Carbon (random name) which also resembles an element.
Well, I was almost finishing the game, meeting Theo for the last of the last fighting at the top of the championship site.
He was saying ''There's nothing that will come between us, now. No legendary Pokémon or Nuclear Apocalypse''. He doesn't expected that a bug will appears. Screen frozzen. No more game. I'm stuck in this league waiting room and I cannot played anymore.
So if anyone have an idea about how to fix it, I'm interessed and be very glad.
Otherwise, and in despite of this, It was nice to play this Fan Version and to found some help here.
New Mystery Gifts have been added to Pokemon Uranium in honor of its anniversary.
Metronome (the item) has been added as well as some moves that have been absent for quite some time, and an official move that no other Pokemon has. Before you get TOO excited... the Pokemon are genderless so you'll have to use Sketch, but one of the big things this finally enables is the fearsome Rock Head Volt Tackle Theriamp! (If you thought Wild Charge was strong...)
Anyway, all the info should be up now so update with the patcher and check out the new gifts, or go straight to the page on the Wiki: Here
I just finished the game and when talking to Cameron, he says he has a friend in Angelure Town who would basically allow us to continue the game by getting us a job and facing the pirates... but Angelure Town hasn't been added yet. So as of 2023 does anyone know if Angelure Town is going to be added to that game soon?
I've used it many times, very handy, and I'm sure a lot of time has been put into it.
I am trying to get a shiny eletrux as a starter an even after 200 soft resets I have not been able to get it I am just trying to conform if it is even possible to get a shiny starter
The Pokemon Uranium Wiki states that "An area's boundaries are defined by the player having to enter a loading zone or an area namecard appearing, meaning that, for example, a Pokemon can be caught in both sections of Passage Cave."
And that is true for Passage Cave, you can catch pokemon in the first encounter in both sections of Passage Cave and Comet Cave...but that's it. After Comet Cave, no matter how many different rooms/loading screens you traverse through an interior route, you can only capture the first pokemon encountered throughout the entire place. Rochfale Tunnel has two sections in it, but only the first encounter throughout its entirety can be captured. Nuclear Plant Epsilon has quite a few different rooms with loading screens between them, but only the first encounter throughout its entirety can be captured. Anthell has multiple sections, but only the first encounter throughout its entirety can be captured. I gave up trying to capture pokemon in different sections/rooms after Anthell, since it seemed pretty clear that only Passage Cave and Comet Cave received special attention for this Nuzlocke rule and it was given up on after that.
Edit - I was unable to post comments on this wiki's pages, but I am able to now, so I reposted this in the Custom Game comments. I would delete this discussion here, but I don't see an option for that (unless I need to do it with "report post"?) so here it stays.
Trainers' pokemon have much better rng chances than your own, but that's an every pokemon game problem, so it's just whatever. However, on top of that -
You're forced into double battles and your teammate's randomized pokemon can and will hurt yours. On top of that -
Pokemon Uranium's level scaling is quite difficult, and I enjoyed that for the most part in the vanilla game, but it does get to be a bit much, and on top of that -
Nuclear pokemon often kill in one hit and die in one hit, and they're all throughout the randomizer. You may think "Oh, well I just need to plan for them and I'll be fine" except on top of that -
Nuclear pokemon have the same name as their non-irradiated counterparts, so when a trainer is sending in their next pokemon, you don't know whether it's nuclear or not, and that can literally be the difference between 0 casualties or getting your whole team wiped, especially since on top of that -
Finally, absolutely the biggest problem with doing a Nuzlocke and Randomizer combo in Pokemon Uranium is that your nuclear pokemon have a chance of disobeying your commands. The game says they'll sometime loaf around or tried attacking a target that isn't there. And it's not a small chance, I'm guessing it's like 30%(and definitely gets worse against difficult trainers), which is huge not only considering that these pokemon have extreme weaknesses, but the enemy nuclear pokemon don't even have this problem! Enemy nuclear pokemon always obey their commands, there's no chance at all of them loafing around or trying to attack a target that isn't there. This is the biggest thing that makes having nuclear pokemon of your own so bad, and versing nuclear pokemon in a nuzlocke randomizer so hard.
I know I'm posting this on a dead wiki, but the nuclear type was nerfed by the creator.
So... Lets get to this!
