It evolves into Kinetmunk starting at level 14.

The length of a CHYINMUNK's stripes determines its authority in a group. If it spots a predator, it shrieks loudly to warn the others.

Biology

Physiology

Chyinmunk is a tiny, two-legged, squirrel-like Pokémon with two front buck teeth and glistening eyes. It has blue splashes all over its body: ears, cheeks, belly and tail. No matter the situation, a Chyinmunk is always smiling.

Special abilities

A Chyinmunk's main source of attack is its specially designed front teeth. They gnaw through wood like it's a tasty marshmallow. They have developed the ability to harness the static in their fur to produce small electric shocks, which they use to defend themselves against territorial Birbie.

Behavior

Wild Chyinmunk are one of the friendliest Pokémon in Tandor. However, when first met they are mostly shy and easily frightened.

Habitat

Chyinmunk prefer to live in largely wooded areas such as forests. They carve out a fairly large hole in a tree with their teeth and make a nest with nearby twigs. They often fight with Birbie over nesting spots.
