May affect anyone but the user

Drain Punch is an offensive Fighting-type move. The user regains HP equal to half of the damage dealt to the target.

If Drain Punch breaks a Substitute, no HP will be restored. If the target has Liquid Ooze, the user will lose the amount of HP it would have gained. Drain Punch cannot be used if the user is under the effects of Heal Block. If the user is holding a Big Root, the HP restored is increased by 30% (making the restored HP 65% of the damage dealt). Big Root does not increase the damage dealt. The Ability Iron Fist increases the power of Drain Punch by 20%.

It is contained within TM60, which can be found along the shore of Route 15 west of the exit of The Labyrinth.
