Frenzy Plant is an offensive Grass-type move.

Frenzy Plant inflicts damage and then forces the user to recharge during the next turn. Unless this attack misses, the user will always have to recharge. This move can be seen as a Grass-type counterpart to Hyper Beam.

As of 1.0.4, it can be taught by the Special Move Tutor in Tsukinami Village Hotel, for a price of 4 Blue Shards. Prior to 1.0.4, it could be taught by the Ultimate Move Tutor in Tsukinami Village, at a cost of 4 shards of each color. Prior to 1.0.3, it could be taught by a tutor in Venesi City for free.
