Trivia

  • Geigeroach is the only dual-type Nuclear Pokémon that does not have a non-Nuclear form.
  • Prior to Update 1.2, Geigeroach used Karrablast's cry

Design origin

Geigeroach is based on cockroaches, which are infamous for (among other things) their ability to resist the effects of radiation. As its species name suggests, it also takes inspiration from the Fallout series' radroaches.

Name origin

Geigeroach comes from Geiger counter (a device used to measure radiation) and cockroach.
