Connecting locations
Location Location of Route 13 in East Tandor .
Route 13 - Maskara Island is part of the inter-regional route system connecting West Tandor to East Tandor , and part of the East Tandor route system connecting Venesi City to Silverport Town .
Route Description [ ]
One of the largest islands in East Tandor, Maskara Island contains some of the region's most unique and mysterious Pokémon. Steep cliffs have been made accessible by stairs jutting from the beach, while a single connective bridge crosses the island's iconic headland bay, eroded by years of pounding waves. Be sure to take in the panoramic sights in the northwestern corner, just look for the signpost. It has remained uninhabited, and a lonely narrow path winds through its dense forest. A cave entrance to The Labyrinth lies hidden within the forest, leading explorers deep into Maskara Island.

Trivia [ ]
"Dovak" may be a Skyrim reference to the "Dovahkiin" due to the trainer being a "Dragon Tamer".
The background music of this route came from Mother 3. It is titled "No Eating Crackers in the Cinema"
Lady Angelica's Corsoreef has Aqua Ring and Spike Cannon instead of Rock Blast and Bubble Beam .
Hiker Horton's Gararewl has Metal Sound instead of Iron Defense and his Chupacho has Smog , Sludge (neither of which it can learn), Mach Punch , and Acid Armor (which it also can't learn) instead of Feint , Poison Fang , Knock Off , and Agility .
Pyromaniac Roger's Firoke has Leech Life instead of Incinerate .
Cool Couple Gayle's Splendifowl has Scary Face instead of Teeter Dance .
Super Scientist Doug's Spritzee has Munna 's Gen VI lv35 moveset (Synchronoise , Nightmare , Future Sight and Calm Mind ) instead of Draining Kiss , Aromatherapy , Attract , and Moonblast and his Aromatisse has Musharna 's Gen VI moveset (Defense Curl , Lucky Chant , Psybeam , and Hypnosis ) instead of Attract, Moonblast, Charm , and Flail .
It's possible to engage in a Double Battle against Theo and Psychic Cureau. (*) This is the only location where it's possible to battle against Theo in a Double Battle. Choosing to face them in a double battle will cause you to only get prize money from Theo, not Cureau. (A Double Battle with them cannot be initiated if the player only has 1 Pokemon or 1 Pokemon not KO'd in their party.)
Because Theo doesn't leave Route 13 until the badge is acquired, it's possible to visit Snowbank Town, witness Theo's new appearance, then return to Route 13 and battle against his original sprite.
