Triggering the double battle with the pirates after surfacing from the underwater area with only one Pokemon alive/in your party will crash the game. Click here for more info on known bugs.
Travel along Route 14 is extremely dangerous due to the rough and sudden winds from the northeast cutting along the south end of Maskara Island. Boats and swimmers are known to go missing on this seemingly nondescript ocean channel. Several attempts have been made to make crossing Route 14 safer for travelers, including attempts to line the channel with wave breakers. So far, flying remains the safest means of traveling between Venesi City and Tsukinami Village. However, more daring trainers take an alternative approach; using specially trained Pokémon to dive into deep natural trenches carved into the channel floor where they are protected from Route 14's swift and dangerous currents.

Like Rock Smash, Coral Break will not function properly outside of battle if manually selected. Players must interact with coral like it's an NPC for the chance to encounter Pokemon or drop items. Click here for more info on known bugs.
Items[]
Note: Like rocks broken by Rock Smash, any coral broken with Coral Break will respawn after leaving the map.
(All items require Dive to reach at some point with the exception of TM58 (Endure))
If you surface from the very bottom row of the bottom-most dive spot, you can acually bypass the trigger for the pirate double-battle as long as you move down upon surfacing. Otherwise, the battle will trigger; it will aslo trigger if you approach the dive spot from the South.
