Trivia

Prior to 1.2, Shrimputy used Corphish's cry.

Design origin

Krilvolver and Shrimputy are based on Alpheidae, commonly known as "pistol shrimp". They are known for snapping their claws hard enough to create a shock wave that can kill small fish.

Name origin

Shrimputy comes from shrimp and deputy.
