You will find the Tandor Luxury Cruise waiting at the dock to the west of Route 7. It's one of the most convenient methods to travel over the largest body of fresh water in the Tandor Region. Once you have the BB Ferry Ticket, one of the ferry attendants will help you board. The ferry has many spacious and luxurious rooms with trainers ready to battle, and is celebrated frequently as a relaxing and pleasurable experience. However, the sudden events at Nuclear Plant Epsilon, your dad hurriedly sending you fleeing from Bealbeach City, and the loud rumbling and chaos has put a bit of a damper on the occasion. The other passengers are on edge, the crew seems mysteriously absent, and even the captain has neglected his usual steps to ensure his privacy. This allows you to go into the captain's quarters where you can spend some quiet, intimate, and private time with him giving back rubs.
Places of Interest[]
Your Cabin[]
You will find your personal cabin at the very aft of the ferry; it is the very last cabin along the main corridor towards the east. It holds a PC and a bed that can heal your Pokémon
Theo's Cabin[]
At the absolute opposite end of the ferry is Theo's cabin. On entering his cabin, you will find him, understandably, worrying about this dad, who is caught up in the midst of a second catastrophe at Nuclear Plant Epsilon. He will challenge you to a battle to cheer up.
If you select "No", you can continue exploring the ferry and battle with the other trainers. If you select "Yes", you will battle. After defeating Theo, you can leave the ferry, but cannot return again.
After a decent Pokémon battle fails to cheer Theo up, you abandon him to his sobbing fears and continue on your way to Route 8.
Just as in the original Pokémon Red and Blue, you can give the captain a back-rub to ease his sea sickness. Unlike the S.S. Anne's captain, the Tandor Luxury Cruise captain is stingy and doesn't give you anything for your help.
The trainers Evan, Nia, Derek, and Jade are based off of the Homestuck characters Equius, Nepeta, Dirk, and Jade respectively.
The music that plays at the docks of the Tandor Luxury Cruise off route 7 is a remix of "Here Today, Gone Tomorrow" from the Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles OST.
(Bug) Speaking to the nurse that gives you the Quick Claw from below will cause her to face the opposite direction while talking to you.
Losing a trainer battle warps the player back to the last Pokemon Center visited rather than the player's cabin on the ship. While this is in conflict with the story, players will not be soft-locked as they can return to the ship, and players can level grind, trade, buy items, etc. if they were too weak when first boarding the ship.
