Uproar is an offensive Normal-type move.
Uproar is a sound-based moves that deals damage for 3 turns. During this time, the user cannot use any other move. PP is deducted only on the turn Uproar is first called.
While Uproar is being used, the user is making an uproar that prevents any Pokémon on the field (even if they have Soundproof as their Ability) from falling asleep due to sleep-inducing moves like Hypnosis or Rest, and disobedience. Drowsiness caused by Yawn cannot cause a Pokémon to fall asleep during an uproar.
Additionally, Uproar wakes up every sleeping pokémon on the field on the first turn it is called, even if they have Soundproof.
If Uproar fails against a Ghost-type Pokémon, a protected Pokémon, or a Pokémon with the Ability Soundproof, Uproar and its effect will immediately end. Uproar bypasses Substitute
In battles with multiple opponents, the user selects itself as the target, but hits an adjacent opponent that is selected at random upon each use of the move
It can be taught by the Special Move Tutor of Tsukinami Village for four Blue Shards. In 1.0.3, it could be taught by the Ultimate Move Tutor for four shards of each color. While Uproar is in effect, Pokémon can no longer fall asleep.
